Second, to shoot twice you usually have to reload(R) since the look behind you as well as the first approach scene. And third, to get the video rejoin so the dev tells you to go away then find an eye that appears when he joins(without capping the final flag) and shoot it(there is no aim reticle so you might miss without realizing it) that will play the vid.
